Gates Costa Blanca have a vast range of experience in securing the perimeters to your community either with bespoke railings or block walls.

These can either be topped with railings or balustrades.

We have a considerable portfolio and are currently working with several communities and community administrators.

 

Community Access

Our gates are normally fitted with a latch-type lock and automatic closing device. This prevents the gate being left in an open position and also ensures that the gate closes quietly eliminating a noise nuisance to neighbouring properties. Anti-tamper plates are fitted to prevent unauthorised tampering with the lock. Zinc coated (anti rust) hinges are fitted as standard.

We also specialise in other access systems, some computer-controlled to limit access to certain individuals and control access during certain times of the day. This option is particularly useful for swimming pool areas where access is prohibited during hours of darkness.  Pool maintenance companies and gardeners will have access via a key during the closed periods.
We also fabricate and fit vehicular access gates to community roads and car parking areas, again with several access control options.
Wherever possible all electrical wiring is concealed either below ground level in conduit or within the steel gate structure itself. This helps to prevent malicious damage.

Mesh Fencing

As a cheaper option, we can supply and install weld mesh fencing.  This comes in several heights of 0,625m, 1,025m, 1,225m, 1,525m, 1,725m, and 2,025m.

Green and white are standard colours, with other colours available.

This weld mesh fence is supported by steel posts which are usually concreted into the ground.
